About the Billing at K-Prep Preschool

Learn More About Our Billing Procedure
- We bill the parents at K-Prep Preschool for tuition fees on a monthly basis.
- These payments are due in the first five school days of each month.
- We charge a $10 weekly late fee to any account past the due date.
- We accept payments in check, cash, direct bill through checking account or charge (a 3.5% surcharge fee).
- Checks should be made payable to K-Prep Preschool.
- Payments can be dropped off at the office in the box labeled K-Prep Payments.
- Our preschool closing time is 5:00 PM on M-F. We'll have to charge a $10/10-minute late fee if your child is picked up later than closing time.
- Families must give us a 2-week notice if they want to withdraw their child from the program
